The key difference between the internal and external threaded tees installed by Shenchi crimp pliers lies in the thread direction. Internal thread tees have an internal thread at the end, meaning the thread is inside the pipe fitting, and are used to connect valves, faucets, or externally threaded pipe fittings. External thread tees, on the other hand, have an external thread at the end, meaning the thread is outside the pipe fitting, and are used to connect equipment interfaces or internally threaded pipe fittings. These two types of tees, one internal and one external, are complementary and correspond to different types of threaded interface requirements.

The installation process is identical, with each crimped fitting securing the fitting in place.

Shenchi's single-crimped internal thread tee and single-crimped external thread tee, both available with price lists, are installed using the same crimping clamp, requiring no welding or threading. During installation, insert the thin-walled stainless steel pipe into the crimping end of the fitting to the marked position. Use a specialized crimping tool to apply radial compression to the crimping area, causing plastic deformation between the fitting and the pipe, creating a 360° circumferential clamping force. The built-in EPDM sealing ring is compressed to achieve an elastic seal. The entire installation process takes only a few seconds, is simple to operate, and offers consistent quality.
